Our flagship wine, this is a fruit-driven and expressive Sauvignon Blanc, grown from premium vineyards across the world-famous Marlborough region of New Zealand. Perfect with seafood, salads, and goat cheese.

Produced in only the best of years, this is Paritua's flagship wine. Only the very best sub blocks on the Paritua Vineyard at 2112 Maraekakaho Road have been selected to grow extremely low yielding vines. A Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Cabernet Franc blend. The palate has great structure and layers of complexity of flavour. A silky textured attack with a plush concentrated cassis and blackberry palate, with ripe Black cherry cocoa powder and spice flavours on the mid palate, a hint of mineral elegance expressed as oyster shell with a long flavoured fine grained tannin finish. This wine will improve with cellaring.

On the nose there are aromas of citrus, as well as honeydew melon and some stone fruit (peach and nectarine). In addition there is a hint of struck match which adds complexity and a flinty minerality. The palate is concentrated with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.

Upon release it has a subtle lemon hue. The bouquet is vibrant, an intoxicating assortment of tropical and citrus. Heady aromas of passionfruit and pineapple flirt temptingly against a backdrop of grapefruit, green apple, lemon peel and a hint of gunflint. The mouthfeel is textured yet precise, with a rousing whip of acidity and simmering phenolics that give the wine increased structure and length. A complex and serious Sauvignon Blanc, displaying intense varietal character, a multi- faceted palate, and a long salivating finish.

Since its first release in 1959, Penfolds Bin 28 has stood as a benchmark for warm-climate Australian Shiraz. Originally sourced from the renowned Kalimna Vineyard in the Barossa Valley, it has evolved into a multi-region blend, with Barossa fruit continuing to provide the rich, generous character that defines this enduring classic. The 2024 vintage opens with layered aromas of black tea, pipe tobacco and worn leather, complemented by hints of Black Forest cake, dried fig and milk chocolate. The palate is bright and energetic, showcasing mulberry, boysenberry and raspberry alongside subtle savoury notes and a touch of vanilla spice. Juicy acidity and fine cocoa-dusted tannins bring structure and length, delivering a bold yet balanced Shiraz that drinks beautifully now or will reward careful cellaring through to 2045.

Often known as 'Baby Grange', Bin 389 was first created by legendary Penfolds winemaker Max Schubert in 1960, combining the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the richness of Shiraz. The 2023 vintage continues this iconic tradition with generous aromas of blackberry, plum, dark chocolate and Black Forest cake, complemented by cinnamon, dried herbs and discreet toasty oak. The palate is full and layered, bringing together red currant, tart cranberry and vanilla with savoury notes of black olive, orange zest and fennel. Fine, mouth-coating tannins provide impressive structure and length, leaving a lasting finish that balances power with poise. Enjoy now or cellar through to 2050.

Steeped in Penfolds history, Grandfather Rare Tawny 20 Year Old traces its origins to 1915, when a cask of the winery's finest Tawny was reserved exclusively for the Penfold family. Today, that legacy lives on through a meticulous solera system, where carefully selected parcels are matured in seasoned oak before being blended to achieve a minimum average age of 20 years, delivering exceptional depth, balance and consistency. Layers of raisin, rich fruitcake, liquorice and roasted walnuts unfold on the nose, revealing remarkable freshness despite its extended maturation.
