Inspired by the Ti Kouka tree, the symbol of Sandymount Distillery, Ti Kouka Forest gin showcases vibrant and versatile botanicals native to New Zealand. Ti Kouka Forest Gin features Ti Kouka bark, Kawakawa, Horopito, Tarata, Harakeke, and Manuka - all of which are grown onsite at Sandymount Distillery. Ti Kouka opens with a sweet, mossy aroma. On the palate, it delivers a gentle peppery heat from the horopito, layered with earthy and smoky undertones. A sweet, herbal finish follows, featuring notes of aniseed and classic juniper.
