Brewed on the banks of the Heathcote River in Woolston, Cassels Woolston Pale Ale is a traditional Pale Ale with distinctive New Zealand characteristics. This beer offers a combination of punchy hop flavours balanced out by a trio of malts. Late hopping with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka varieties brings fruity, wine-like aromas to sit on top of the lightly toasted malt base. While his extra heads made him a triply good guard dog, he did chew through a lot of sandals. This West Coast IPA is Emerson's triple dry hopped tribute to the hound of Hades. They've used four different breeds of hop, Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe and Mosaic, to create this boisterous mutt, with a fruit salad bomb of flavour. At 6.7% you might want to share it with at least one other head.

The adventure doesn't have to end when you get home. Day Tripper is a low carb beer that's as intrepid as you are. Brewed with a combination of hop pellets and hop oil, for better mouthfeel, balance, fruitiness, and complexity. It's more than just a post-activity refresher, it's a flavour journey all of its own - from tangelo base camp, all the way to a crisp, stone fruit finish line. Enjoy the trip.

Drifter is the beer with no real plans. A cold IPA that doesn't know where it's going until it gets there.
